Eye Candy Actions, due to the nature of down-loadable products, is entirely non-refundable.  Please ensure your software is compatible before proceeding with purchase as we do not refund due to incompatibility.  Eye Candy Actions are not compatible with Elements.

Eye Candy Workshop Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Your action set is available for download immediately.

How Do I Download the Actions?

You will receive an email immediately to the email address you specified when purchasing with your download link.

I Did Not Receive My Download Email... Help!

Your email should arrive within ten minutes.  If not, please check your Spam filter and then send us an email and we'll forward a copy to you.  Our system is fully automated and delivery delays are unusual. Please ensure you enter your email address carefully.

Does My Download Expire?

Yes.  Your download will expire 48 hours after your purchase.  You may download once within that period. It is fine to install the actions on different computers at one location using the same IP.

Can You Send A Disk?

We do not routinely send discs as the actions are a digital product and available for immediate download.
