Marry Days…
..is what Ivy calls them. This is mine, shared for the pesting people after my previous post : p (Apologies for the poor quality, these are old photos of images from my album).
We had eleven guests and married outside where we lived at the time..a quiet Thursday afternoon with a frangipani aisle and a harpist organized the day before. The cute baby is my nephew Bass and the beautiful little girl is his sister, India. You can see a glimpse of the beloved VW Karmann in the bottom right pic..my favorite moments of our whole wedding were when Crayton haphazardly drove it to our reception..twenty minutes alone together to laugh and marvel and breathe in a beautiful day :)
Twelve years of lucky.

Wow…you were STUNNING. MY goodness!! I love your dress… and the look in your eyes radiates happiness, even through the slight blurriness (scanning pictures is never quite as good as having them right on the computer, haaha)

those are fantastic memories and even the images are old, you look very beautiful. I think every bride has something magical. Getting married on the beach is a dream, a frangipani aisle even better, a harpist…..soooo romantic…I think you had it all. Most important, you had your love on your side and still going since 12 years….wow…

Heya Sheye…what a stunner you are!
We had an ‘intimate’ wedding also. I wore an olive coloured chinese style dress, complete w/ chopsticks in my updo hair. My hubbs wore black suit pants & shirt, black tie & an olive coloured 50′s style jacket that he bought for $15 in a vintage clothing store in Los Angeles, CA. We had all our guests take photos (I know ‘blasphemy’ to admit to a photographer of your calibre!), & surprisingly got some great shots of the day out of it. It was a wonderful simple September afternoon. The best bit was that all our guests thought they were coming to our (then 1yr old) daughter’s Birthday…..surprise surprise!
