Wovenplay Part Two
As promised, a few more photos from the Wovenplay shoot. It’s not often commercial clients request some grain and blur so, yet another reason why I loved working for them. These images here were the last of the day..you know my favorite moments to shoot are always right before the sun slips away. Thank you, Molly & Poppy – you were the most gorgeous, perfect models.

Oh look at my little princess (yes I am being the very much proud mumma here). Sheye, if wovenplay are half as thrilled as I am then they would be over the moon. You have captured everything they wanted plus more. It was my absolute pleasure to watch you, Fran and Angie be so involved in the process. It has motivated me to attempt to play with the DSLR. But mostly I was just besotted with my own daughter, and the way she interacted with you. You were so wonderful with your little “subjects” for the day, I wish I could bottle the magic you have and use it as a teacher in a classroom

these are such wonderful photographs. we love how it makes the clothing, which can come across as unwearable it is so beautiful, completely the opposite—how comfortable, girly and happy these little ones look!

I love seeing in frames, I love the beauty in the ordinary, I love my camera, I love that when I see images I hear too. I love the latelight, I love finding moments I didn’t imagine and I love creating moments I did. I love learning more every day, I love sharing what I’ve come to know, and I love making pictures pretty.

They are very ethereal and evocotive of another time, Sheye. The overall colouring remind me of photos of me and my friends as children in the 70s in Oz, and that is where the similarities end; the home shapshot of me (who was a very much the tom boy) don’t look anything like your beautiful photos. I am sure your client would of been thrilled with the results.
