*image thankyou seesta.

I like cherry blossoms. Very much.

And anything crocheted.

I have a lovething for aprons and vintage pillowslips and Lollia handcream and bobby pins.

My toes have worn polish for most of my life.

And I secretly wish I lived in an old house on a big farm and that I liked to bake.

Now that would make my husband laugh.

And one more thing?  I find more and more I wonder how it is this life o’ mine got to be so impossible and so very wonderful all at once.

I still think I’m blessed.

Is well under way!

Email has been sent to every person registered (twice to be sure!) but I still have a couple of MIA’s.  Please make sure I have been given the right email address for you if it differs from your Paypal one.

Small Thing {Big Joy}

One of the things Crayton and I often mention is that we never, along with too many other things,  took Ava to the movies.  We are big movie-goers, it’s a weekly thing in our World but we thought she was a bit too young.  We thought there’d be tomorrow.

For this reason we took Ivy to see Beverly Hills Chiuaua today.   We picked an early session and were thrilled to get the theatre to ourselves.  With popcorn and Malteasers in hand, she stared with the widest eyes,  totally overwhelmed by the dark and the noise and the screen.    We only got about half way before it all went horribly wrong and she demanded that we leave. She was done.

To dress her up, to be excited, to buy her that first movie ticket…all such huge gifts to Crayton and I and it wouldn’t have mattered if we’d walked in and straight back out again.  We did it.

Grateful.  Joyful.  Blessed.

A couple of pics, taken in the dark.  I’m amazed the camera even managed to focus, almost.

Balancing Act.

Just recently, I’ve started to get the idea that perhaps I wasn’t receiving email from my new blog, and perhaps hadn’t right from the start.  Today, one test email later and it appeared that my theory was correct.   I’ve spent the morning trying to figure the whole thing out and eventually I did.  And a bajillion emails arrived in one overwhelming swoop.   To make it even worse, I found the auto responder was working and you probably thought I ignored your mail.

Without the blog mail I still get around 40 messages on a quiet day and sometimes over 100 on a busy one.  It was easy to miss the lack of blog emails amongst them and I’m so sorry to every person who has written with beautiful stories, important questions and lovely comments.   I will work hard at responding asap.

Not replying to every email leaves me feeling bad as they all mean a lot to me (and Crayton who I sometimes sit and read to)  but it’s just not realistic for me to imagine being able to.. I try reeeeeally hard but sometimes fall short, trying to juggle family, school, shoots, proofing, workshops and this crazy thing called Life in General.   This sudden, and quite enormous,  influx of lovely mail will take a little bit to work through, espescially the week before Evolve launches.  Please know once again though, I am so very grateful for the beauty that is so generously sent my way.

Can I just ask – if you are doing Evolve or Explore workshops and your Paypal email differs to the one you would like your login link sent to, please make sure you let me know.  I can only send the links to the email address I have and I would hate anyone to miss the start of their workshop.

awholelottalove,

Sheye xx

**As of tonight, I still seem to be having problems so until I sort it, could you kindly use sheyerosemeyer@bigpond.com for any email.  I’ll update when it’s working as it should again!
