Brad & Lauren
On the weekend I attended the wedding of my cousin Brad and his beautiful bride, Lauren. It’s always a strange thing to see younger relatives getting married..suddenly it appears we must all be adults now. When did that happen?
I took along my camera for happy snap guest type photos and tried hard to refrain from having the real photographer abducted so I could take over :p It wasn’t easy!
Lauren was SO stunning, she reminded me of one of those Martha Stewart Brides type brides..She looked so incredibly happy all day and Brad was just totally smitten. So sweet to see :)
Congratulations Brad & Lauren, your bond is something beautiful.

Oh Sheye—love LOVE jump up and down LOVE the third one under the arch. Wow…lucky kids ;) I don’t like the reminder that I’m old when my ‘baby’ cousins get married…or have kids of their own. I always think–what are they thinking? They’re like 12 aren’t they? Wow!!

I can’t believe that you don’t do weddings! All the wedding shots that I’ve seen are magnificent! If these are “happy snap guest type” photos, then I’ll be inviting you to every function our family has!! :)

I know what you mean about seeing younger relatives ‘married off’…. it just underscores that WE are the “grown-ups” of the family now…. a somewhat sobering thought when you’re still very much a kid-at-heart. :-)

these photographs are beautiful. i know you use ittybitty actions. is there a particular action you most use for b&w shots? your photos are so angelic and glowy.

Most of my images I process with my own actions these days but recently managed to have half of them sucked into the PS abyss, never to be seen again. I need to redo them!
