Paper cut out princesses.

We’ve always said our children are like paper cut out dolls – that we ordered them in bulk and that’s why they all look so similar. I’ve been going back through photos and found this tonight…Ava was 18 months old here (Ivy is 19 now). They don’t always look so similar but every now and again, I look at a photo and find them hard to tell apart.

As always, she is beautiful. And I did think she was Ivy at first.

Oh Sheye, I thought IT was Ivy until I saw your description. Both your girls are so beautiful.

Hi Sheye! I’ve been taking a peek into your blog for a little while now. I think you talent as a photographer is absolutely breathtaking! I love photography myself and I like to play around with different angles-lighting-and such, but I’ve never captured a picture as wonderful as yours. Maybe one day if I’m lucky enough :)
Anyway, I just wanted to let you know how much I admire you and your work. You have a beautiful family and beautiful angel watching over from above!

P.S. I was looking to see if you had a Myspace profile so I could see more of your work, but the only profile I found didn’t have any pics. Well, I sent you a message anyway so if ya get one from “Elisa the Great” it’s me! LoL

Wow, you fooled me too! LOL Think they both got similar helpings of attitude along with those gorgeous curls too :) So what happened with my three??? Maybe I went through the paper doll remant bin and picked out three completely different gorgeous patterns!

It’s the beautiful caramel skin and espresso chocolate eyes your children all have that makes them all so gorgeous and so similar. You got a good template going there.
(and apparently so edible reading back on my comment before I post LOL)

  8. Lea says:

Oh wow. I also thought it was Ivy for a second, she looks so much like her gorgeous big sister.

I think you have some sort of secret recipe for perfect children, that or you’re cloning them, … you ARE aren’t you!!!!

“One part Sheye, One part Crayton,
Two parts Sugar and/or Puppy Dogs Tails”

I really thought it was Miss Ivy. Feeling a bit reflective atm as we are having Belle’s birthday tomorrow and looking at Ava’s image brings many tears to the eyes.

    Thinking of you Sheye,

Gosh ~ how divine is that photo.

I always thought there were similarities between your girls but when you posted a few weeks ago ~ the pic of Ivy drawing at the table ~ I was blown away. I was convinced it was Ava until I read what you wrote.

I’d love to know the codes for the orders you made :P Kara’s asking for a baby sibling LMAO.
