so many things can happen to someone you love that are just not in your hands. really, they are not.

even as a parent you have no control over everything that can possibly happen to your child, no amount of love and care can guarantee their safety. what you do have some control over is their happiness. and oh, *does* your girl ava look happy in every picture i’ve seen!

please try and remember that ava’s life was a happy life and that you have given her that happiness.

Hi Sheye, you don’t know me but a friend told me about your loss! I’m so sorry. I can’t imagine the pain and loss and numbness you have to be experiencing. Your daughter is beautiful and as much as it must be painful to look at your pictures of her, they will help to keep her memory alive in so many hearts, I know as her mom you don’t need pictures, they are ingraved on your heart!
You and your family are in my prayers and may God’s grace and strong arms of Love hold you in this time where it may seem like you can’t go on.
